The project titled Construction of a Solar Power Plant is being implemented by the family farm (OPG) Nives Morović, located in Žman, Dugi Otok, Zadar County, for the needs of its own agricultural holding.

The project was submitted under Intervention 73.03 – Use of Renewable Energy Sources.

The total value of the project amounts to EUR 66,479.30. The granted financial support amounts to EUR 31,260.87, of which EUR 25,008.70 is funded from the EU budget, while EUR 6,252.17 is funded from the national budget of the Republic of Croatia.

The aim of the investment in the construction and equipping of the solar power plant is the production of electricity that will be used for the farm’s own agricultural activities.

The results of the investment relate to cost reduction, as electricity will be generated from a renewable source—solar energy—thereby reducing long-term dependence on conventional energy sources, stabilising financial flows, and increasing business profitability. Reduced energy costs and a stable electricity supply will enable better resource management and greater flexibility in planning production processes.

The project will ensure supply stability, as the solar power plant provides independence in electricity supply, which is crucial for the continuous operation of agricultural activities. It also reduces the risk of disruptions in case of emergency situations or power outages.

The use of solar energy has a significant positive environmental impact, as the solar power plant will reduce CO₂ emissions.

Overall, the investment in the solar power plant will contribute to the sustainable development of the agricultural holding and ensure long-term competitiveness and business stability.

Projekt pod nazivom Izgradnja sunčane elektrane provodi OPG-a Nives Morović, Žman, Dugi Otok, Zadarska županija, za potrebe vlastitog poljoprivrednog gospodarstva.

Projekt je prijavljen na Intervenciju 73.03. Korištenje obnovljivih izvora energije.

Ukupna vrijednost projekta iznosi 66.479,30 EUR-a. Dodijeljena financijska potpora iznosi 31.260,87 EUR-a, od čega iznos potpore iz proračuna EU iznosi 25.008,70 EUR-a, a iz proračuna RH 6.252,17 EUR-a.

Cilj ulaganje u izgradnju i opremanje sunčane elektrane je proizvodnja električne energije koja će se koristiti za vlastite potrebe poljoprivredne djelatnosti.

Rezultati ulaganja odnose se na smanjenje troškova jer će se električna energija proizvoditi iz obnovljivog izvora, sunčeve energije čime će se dugoročno smanjiti ovisnost o konvencionalnim energentima, stabilizirati financijski tokovi i povećati profitabilnost poslovanja. Smanjenje troškova energije i stabilno snabdijevanje električnom energijom omogućit će bolje upravljanje resursima i veću fleksibilnost u planiranju proizvodnih procesa.

Projektom će se osigurati stabilnosti snabdijevanja jer sunčana elektrana pruža neovisnost u opskrbi električnom energijom, što je ključno za kontinuirani rad poljoprivrednih operacija te se smanjuje rizik od prekida u slučaju izvanrednih situacija ili nestanka električne energije.

Korištenje sunčeve energije ima značajan pozitivan utjecaj jer će sunčana elektrana će smanjiti emisiju CO2.

Ukupno gledano, ulaganje u sunčanu elektranu će pridonijeti održivom razvoju poljoprivrednog
gospodarstva te osigurati dugoročnu konkurentnost i stabilnost poslovanja.
