Bruno Vokal is one of Croatia’s leading younger-generation chefs. He built his reputation at Zagreb’s acclaimed Noel, Croatia’s first Michelin-starred restaurant, where he developed a refined, contemporary style focused on precision, seasonality, and modern European techniques. After serving as sous-chef at Dubrovnik’s Michelin-starred Restaurant 360, he returned to lead Noel’s kitchen, emphasizing creativity and guest experience over chasing awards.
